In foreclosing a mortgage it is obliged to be advertised but not sold at auction in case the mortgagorAs Written:mortgageor is disposed to give possession without and this I should do if I could not pay and save cost. And it need not be advertised in your name, before you get ready to do that issue the mortgage to another name so that your name may not be brought into question at all if you prefer it should not and I think this would be the best way I will let you know when everything is ready.

Dear Student I wanted to add a word the effect I saw on Mr Arens when you were here was owing to the influence of Mesmerism as I will explain when I see you he is going to study with my husband He was excited over the business transaction because he is so anxious to have them not take away every thing from me I wish you could see what a nervous desire he has to do us good and you would like him But my husband is not going to have it in his hands and as it is now arranged I am convinced it is perfectly safe for you and him Love to your wife

Truly Yours
