My dear Student,

I have a few moments on hand and hasten to give them to you. We have meetings of the students once in two weeks and I always think of you and miss you if you are not here. I have made it a rule to admit none but those whom I have taught — as these lectures belong to the College course before giving a diploma

I have however made one exception in the case, which is Mrs Lapham, and did this because she is not able financially to study with me and more especially because she has proved so faithful in her practice and is such a good ScientistEditorial Note: Christian Scientist. I hope dear student you will meet with us as often as you used to do

The students meeting on Friday at 3 P.M. was holden last Friday and will convene here again in two weeks from that date We shall open the Sunday services the first Sunday in Oct. at the College Rooms at three P.M. We shall hope to have you with us frequently as you could bring your little girlEditorial Note: Ethel Fifield Brooks and come early here. Miss B. and W. will be at leisure to receive you

Affectionately

Your Teacher
