Mr Dunnells and Mr Arnes are with me and we together with counsel of the Lawyer have been considering the matter on hand—we conclude if you were to give Mr Arnes instructions what you wish him to do for you in the case of Mr Dunnels and myself he could see it all done right—you could instruct E. J. Arnes to pay Mr Dunnells and myself what we are asking for and see that we both quit claim to you and see it put on record all right we Mr Dunnels and I should also see it recorded and I of course know who will let Mr Arnes have the money—the rest you already As Written: allready know as we four of us have talked the matter once before. Please do as you think best in the matter and with as much dispatch as possible as we are anxious to see this matter through—you will of course write to Mr Dunnells Mr Arnes and I separately but in one envelope—Please let us know how you succeed in business and all about your self and wife and as much about the place as you can
