Will any evening be convenient for you to run through the church names with me, it will not take long, I have given Mr. Adams a list of those admitted last but do not dare to go much further.

There are now two applications to act on Mrs. Manley's and Mr. Dorman's and Mrs. Leavitt will have hers about June 1st. – Mrs. Manley's was received in New York but for some reason was not acted on at the annual meeting; when will Mrs. Eddy call a meeting.

The charters are as follows 1 Mrs. Crosse, 2 Mr. BaiteyEditorial Note: Henry P. Bailey or Edward A. Bailey 3 Mrs. Woodbury, these three were all alike and the only ones I could change on account of locality being changed and they were written as passed at the annual meeting but they were firmly pinned togetherAs Written:to-gether when first received and there was no necessity of changing their order and if they had not been Mr Bailey's would have been #5 – he told Mrs. Crosse that he could not get his application ready for New YorkAs Written:N. Y. meeting on account of the death of his wife's mother. I did not say to Mrs Crosse why I asked the question. That little thing delayed my delivery of the charters at the college.

Truly Yours
Chas A S Troup

You will remember a written question asked at the last Association meeting – I have opened this letter to ask you to say to Mrs. Eddy that in connection with that question I had not one mortal thought and the very scripture quotation that she used was the one I had been guided by and your own was also very applicable for me.

As ever Yours
